By accessing or using KnowledgeWorldWar.Games, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental permission to participate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Your call sign must be unique and must not impersonate another person, entity, or brand. You may not create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboard scores.
You agree not to use bots or scripts to submit answers or inflate scores, attempt to exploit the platform, interfere with other players, or submit false, offensive, or harmful content. Attempts to manipulate scores, rankings, or mechanics may result in account suspension.
Scores and leaderboard rankings are for entertainment purposes. We may correct, adjust, or remove scores that result from bugs, exploits, or violations. We do not guarantee continuous accuracy of leaderboard data.
Warlord subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through your profile page or Stripe customer portal. Refunds are handled at our discretion for technical failures.
All quiz content, questions, design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of KnowledgeWorldWar.Games. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.
The platform is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of quiz content, or uninterrupted service. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or for conduct harmful to the platform or its community.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. The platform is available globally, but you are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
